MY TASKS > CONTACT LOGS > ALL CONTACTS > REF #

To navigate to the Contact Logs section, use the following steps.

1. Click the My Tasks tab in the main navigation bar.
2. Click on the All Contacts task in the left navigation bar.

MY TASKS > CONTACT LOGS > ALL CONTACTS > REF #

The MY TASKS > CONTACT LOGS > ALL CONTACTS > REF # screen displays all the contacts for this referral. Contacts are listed in reverse chronological order (latest contact at the top).

1. Click the New Contact button to create a new contact for this referral.
2. Click the Select button to view the details for a specific contact for this referral.
3. Click the Delete button to delete the specified contact for this referral. Note that there is no confirmation (or option to cancel the Delete) when the Delete button is clicked.
